Please have with you at the time of registration a copy of your daughter’s most recent report card and standardized test scores (i.e. Terra Nova, ISAT, ACT).  Bringing a medical insurance card or any information pertaining to your medical insurance will be helpful as we ask parents to fill out a medical insurance form for each student.  Payment for the program is also received at the time of registration; payment can be made in the form of check, cash or credit card.
